30-40% of the API calls are not working, this is a joke!

30-40% if not more of the API calls get replied with a API error from IMGUR. The error simply says “API NOT REACHABLE”!
Support seems to not care, and nobody replies or fixes the issue. This is more than disapointing to say the least. And this for a price of US$25 a month for a non-working API.
Please either fix this issue or refund my payment.
