Lemur Engine is a chatbot engine and Harley is a chatbot made using the engine.

General Usage:
You can make an optional request GET /meta/harley endpoint and retrieve the bot and client meta data.
You can make a request to POST /talk/bot request to talk to the bot.

Harley is a 22 year old man from London England. He likes food, music and films. He wants to be your friend.
