Sorry for the problems! We had an issue with our server provider and the problem should be solved by now. We are working on a solution to avoid this happening again!

We are a subscriber to Ultra Plan at USD 99/mo and our QR systems are down because of this outage.
same problem. I switched my service to default qr codes for now. Please response here when issue is resolved
