I’ve been using the service for a few months with no issues but a few hours ago the JS calls started giving a 500 error. It’s the same if I test in the playground. The error is…
“listen EADDRINUSE: address already in use ::”
My site is virtually dead until I can get this resolved so I’d appreciate your attention on this matter ASAP.

I apologize for delays in response, the /scrape-js endpoint is now back online. My monitoring for /scrape-js is not perfect and I will think how I can improve it, as ScrapeNinja reliability monitoring is mostly focused on /scrape endpoint now (for historical reasons) which is located on different cloud instances.
same with me, it looks like the support team is on vacations, its been 24 hours + they do not respond to my email and as well here in the community.
I spent the ast few hours looking into this too. I though it was a problem on my side
