API not working

Hello, I purchased pan kyc api pro version on 18/08/2021.
But last two days it is not working properly , also not getting any error response…
Please look into this matter urgently…

I just checked our logs, doesn’t seem like an issue on the server side.
Can you please share the cURL of the request your client is making to the API?
