Api returns xml , need to convert to html

My last ticket was not sufficiently answered so restating:

Current the json Api call returns xml. If a user hits my website and searches for a recipe I need to produce output in HTML for every browser . I want the user to have a nice experience when looking up recipes .

What is the preferred method in making this happen?

Sorry but I don’t really understand your question. The API answers in JSON and some endpoints give you straight up HTML widgets. Nothing in XML. You have to parse the answers and generate your own HTML.
