Want to get all recipes from recipe search API using free plan

Hi

I want to get all recipes using Search API.
Already consuming using .NET, but getting only 1000 recipe even when i hitting api with paging.
So is it possible to get all recipes using Free API or i have to buy some plan if yes then please suggest me appropriate plan and api list from where i can get all recipes and there details.

Per query you can get a maximum of 1,000 recipes. What do you need ALL the recipes for?
