how to get ingredients ID

hello I would like to be able to retrieve all the ingredients via a loop with the id how is this possible

you can get all ingredients. Parse the JSON and loop through the things you want to retrieve.
Hi, it is not possible to get all ingredients. You can refer to this list of common ingredients we have published though: https://spoonacular.com/food-api/docs#List-of-Ingredients
