I havent been using the api for a while and I was charged with 20.Theproblemis,thatIamusingtheBASICplan,whichpriceis0. The problem is, that I am using the BASIC plan, which price is 0 per month. What is the reason for this misunderstanding and could I receive my money back?

Hi, the BASIC plan is free but you have to pay for overages when you go above the allowed daily limits. And yes, please write mashape that you want a refund and refer to this ticket that it is ok with us.
