How come I have a daily quota error ?

Hello, everything was working perfectly then suddenly I got an error like this on each API call : 
 {"errors":{"key":"API quota exceeded"},"meta":{"dailyQuota":10,"requestCount":11}}
 
 Is there a way to change this quota ? When  I use the moon api dashboard to test the request it works fine.
