I would like to know, if there is any possibility to make use of the V4 endpoint atm? In addition, is the bulk “tweets” the only possibility to check for right now?
If you still have data in Twitter API v1.1 that meets the requirement of V4, then you can still use it. But V4 requires the most recent tweets and search results. Unless you collected the data specifically for V4, it’s unlikely you still have the data.
BotometerLite end point only requires tweet objects (or user objects if you format them correctly) in API v1.1, so it’s more likely that you have this data.
So that means that the V4 version currently is not usable at all, since it still is based on the Twitter API 1.1?
And again, as mentioned beforehand…the only possibility right now to check for bots is by using the Lite Endpoint and checking tweets in bulk (assuming it is still working)?

Unfortunately, it is unlikely to use V4 without Twitter authentitcation. --Botometer Team
