StatusCode 3 whenever I test the endpoint

Question

I've attempted to use this api, but no matter how I make the call, either through my application or the Mashape UI "Test Endpoint" I get the following:

{"statusCode":3,"statusMessage":"Incompatible request format.","placeData":[]}

What seems to be the problem?

So he's aware of your correspondence. That's great! Is he doing anything to get the issue fixed or should I/we start looking for a new data provider?

Yup! I've heard from the Mashape people, but still not fixed.  Sent an email directly to Hoppit to see if they can help.

Same problem here. Please fix this ASAP! I'm not paying for something that doesn't work! Even the samples on the mashape site don't work.
