How do I integrate this on my website

I am working on a wordpress website for logistics and I am using wpcargo to track and issue consignment numbers however, in order to displace maps I need google api which is rejecting my payments for some reason. I need an api that has Places API,
Maps JavaScript API, Geolocation API and Geocoding API for it to work how can I use this

TrueWay VRP API - API for solving the vehicle routing problem - multi-vehicle route optimization with different constraints(capacity, time windows, maximal distance and duration, working hours, breaks, etc.).
However, I’m not sure about the possibility of integrating into the wpcargo APIs, alternative to google maps api. It’s probably better to ask the wpсargo developers.
