Limitations on Origins and Destinations

Hi Team,

We are having more than 500 locations(Lat-Long). We are sending all the locations in one request and we are getting the response message as “Too Many Elements” in the basic version.

If we want to buy the Ultra or Pro version what is the limitations on the number of locations?

Thank you for your inquiry.

Our public API currently has the following limitations:

  • Maximum of 25 origins or 25 destinations per request.
  • Maximum 100 elements per request.
    <number of elements> = <number of origins> * <number of destinations>

However, if you need more, we can create a special private plan for you that meets your requirements. Please provide your specifications: maximum number of origins, maximum number of destinations, and maximum number of matrix elements per request. Additionally, please share an approximate monthly volume of elements you plan to use. This will help us calculate the cost and set up a suitable plan for you.
