You are currently subscribed to the TrueWay Directions API PRO Plan. But earlier, you apparently made a $99 payment for the ULTRA plan by mistake. This payment was initially declined, but a few days later changed the status to “paid”. If you actually made this payment, you can ask RapidAPI for a refund. We will approve the refund.
You are currently already subscribed to TrueWay Geocoding API ULTRA Plan. But as we said earlier, you can upgrade to a custom plan CUSTOM-300K. It’s best to do so today before the standard ULTRA plan’s monthly fees are charged.
We already have paid for Trueway Directions ULTRA & PRO plans. We need to swap the ULTRA plan from Trueway Directions to Trueway Geo-coding. Could you please help us with this.
