    		 Depend what you case, You can use the image link directly on website use <img src=""/> or you can download use http client. if you develop the mobile android you can show the image use Glide or Coil and put link image as URL, but if you want to download image to your local device, just download normal with HTTP GET. another somecase, + want make website for read manga? - just rent server for your website hosting no need for the API, if use PHP, just call our API from rapidAPI you dont have to rent aws server for the backend just aws server for host your website, but if you use react or client side website, carefull about request the API from client, you dont want to expose your rapid API token + want make the android or iOS apps? - more easy, you not have to rent the server, just make the apps, and call our rapidAPI server direct from mobile. You dont have to download the image from your server send the image from your server to your frontend, you can just send the image link (from rapidAPI) to your frontend. so you not cost the bandwith on your server for the image. just reminder, when you get the image list from call the API (get image chapter) you will get the whole image from that chapter without request one by one the image to rapidAPI, and that image link can use directly without request again to rapidAPI one by one, so you not cost hit for every image that show on the frontend.
