Which timezone are the deleted / expired dates reported in?

Several endpoints return dates for each item but I do not see any information as to which timezone these dates are for? Presumably either UTC or GMT?

ignore specific time of day as that is GMT from when it hits the unogs database… only reference should be date itself and assume TOD of midnight on that day in the specific region…
