Are New Releases returned if subsequently Deleted?

If a movie is deleted and then subsequently added within a time span it seems the movie will be returned in both the Deleted and New Releases methods.

Is the same true if a movie is added then subsequently deleted? So if I say check for deleted first and then check for new releases I will be adding titles that have actually been deleted?

Thanks, so to clarify on a country level, if a title is added 3 days ago and then deleted 2 days ago, and I use a time span of 4 days this title won’t show as new when using the ‘New Releases Per Country’ method? Thanks again!

On a country level: a title would be considered ‘new’ if it was deleted and re-added and visa-vera for deletes.

On a global level, if a title has ever been in netflix it is not considered ‘new’ and there is not ‘global’ deletes
