The API has been inaccessible for two days:
“The API is unreachable, please contact the API provider”
What’s happening?

sorry folks… we had a major dns issue and unfortunately screwed up when moving to a different provider… this had the knock on effect of breaking our mail so we were not even aware of the problem
Don’t even have the decency to answer. Do your work and we expect some kind of refund on service not provided.
Any update? API is down and our applications need use it.

For what it’s worth, their older API version called uNoGS is still working. I switched my script to use this in the meantime. It may be missing some data though. Still investigating.
Fix the API. If we stopped paying I am sure the API would not work inmediately. We are paying so fix it, please.
Do you have any prevision to know when the API will be up?
API down, please solve issue.
I’m also having this issue. Is it broken forever?
