    		 Founderfuture, if I find the time, I will link from immobilienbewerter.online to RapidAPI as that is the new home of the API. So the page is no longer supported.     		 As I first idea, the end point would just take the user provided sqm and divide the price by this number. One could also think about fitting a new model directly on the price / sqm. ש׳ 5:23 21/3/20

    		 Hi Founderfuture, I just checked immobilienbewerter.online and both "Mieten" as well as "Kaufen" work. I don't know how users actually use the app, so I wouldn't know about other websites. But you can use the API here. ש׳ 5:21 21/3/20

    		 The scope of the data is whole of Germany. The model is trained on more than 4.5 Million properties. In order to cover the time effect as well, the model is updated with new data points as well. ImmobilienScout24 and Homeday Preisatlas good products but serve a different purpose I think. They are products for the individual buyer that looks for a single property to invest or live in. This app was built for developers who want to add additional apps / products on top or want to price large chunks of properties or want a very property specific pricing. The Preisatlas for example seems to be looking block-wise while in my experience there can be larger differences in a block as well. Just imagine you would buy a property based on the Preisatlas and you overpaid just 10% on a 500k property, that is still 50k for nothing. Although, you can get a good estimate with location and sqm, it might not be enough for the user who is interested in a more detailed valuation. א׳ 10:40 8/3/20
