Hi there, The monthly request usage resets every month, on the same date that you originally started your subscription to our API (so it's not necessarily the 1st of every month). You can view the date you started your subscription, and other billing details, by going to My Apps > Billing > Subscriptions & Usage. I hope this helps! Kevin Willow Realty Mole Support

Hi hector-GTvk42u6V, Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we have any property data available for the specific addresses in Texas you posted. I will forward them to our product team to have them check for any coverage issues in that particular area. Kevin Willow Realty Mole Support

Hi again, There should be no more than a 24 hour delay between when a listing is created and when it's available via our API, and most of the time it will be much less than that. We continuously scan and collect data for new listings 24 hours a days, 365 days a year, so it's a constant, ongoing process. Kevin Willow Customer Support

Hi there, At this time we only provide the `city` and `state` parameters for filtering sale listings. But I can see how an additional zip code parameter will be helpful as well, so I will forward this feature request to our product team. In the meantime, I would also take a look at filtering sale listings by a specific geographical area, which is often more precise. To do this, first provide the center of the search area either via the `latitude` / `longitude` parameters, or the `address` parameter. Then provide the `radius` parameter to indicate the radius of the search area. I hope this helps! Kevin Willow Customer Support
