Hi there, Unfortunately, our API and property data is only available in the United States. Cindy Bellford Realty Mole Support *Note: Our Realty Mole API is now deprecated and we will not be releasing any new features or updates for it going forward. We recommend migrating to our new [RentCast API](https://rentcast.io/api) and using it for all new projects. View our new [API docs](https://developers.rentcast.io) to get started, and our [Realty Mole migration guide](https://developers.rentcast.io/reference/realty-mole-migration-guide) for steps on how to migrate existing integrations.* Mon 11:22 15/1/24

Hi there, No, unfortunately, that is not possible. When you're using two different endpoints to retrieve data for the same property, you will need to make two separate requests - one to each endpoint. Hi there, No, we provide a full range of property data via our API, including property records, owner details, property value and rent estimates, active listings and real estate market trends. So you definitely can use our API and data for decision making when evaluating flips and rehab projects. You can learn more about our API on [our website](https://www.rentcast.io/api), and view our available data sets and endpoints on our [API developer portal](https://developers.rentcast.io). Hi there, What specific endpoint were you using, where you were not able to retrieve data for this address? For example, I was able to retrieving property records information for it "(/properties" endpoint) using the following format without issues: "50 SE 12th St, Unit 2650, Boca Raton, FL 33432" For best geocoding results, you generally want to abbreviate directional strings (so, "SE" instead of "Southeast"), as well as street names ("St" instead of "Street"). That was likely the issue you were facing in this case. I hope this helps! Cindy Bellford Realty Mole Support Sun 3:55 17/9/23
