We are following up with jpsauve on this directly. The user will provide a test dataset to us, which will in turn be examined by our data scientists. jeu. 7:43 3/7/14

Hi inoabc, Firstly apologies this has happened, we're going to look into it now. Billing is handled by Mashape so we may need to bring them into the loop too. As this is a billing problem I'm going to close this public issue and move to a private conversation. Thanks jeu. 7:40 3/7/14

HI mammar0009, Sorry you're having trouble. We've just tried to replicate your request using the console (click on the Documentation link on this page to get to it). With the following parameters: text: 'Away with the Gray! These wall colors rock for Michigan. Setting a Scene | STIR by Sherwin-Williams http://t.co/6sLacCMA via @STIRmagazine' lang 'en' The response that is returned from the API is: { "language": "en", "value": 0.34857087416709626, "sent": 1 } This shows a message with positive (albeit weak positivity) statement. Let's try to debug your problem. Could you first let us know if you are accessing via the Mashape Dashboard or via an API call? If you are using an API call - when you say that each message is returned as negative, does the value field vary too? Thanks. jeu. 7:39 3/7/14
