Hello,
I have subscribed to the Pro Plan last week and this was working well so far. But now when I try to use features from the Pro Plan I get some error message like this (for instance while using the limit of 100 results) :
{u’errors’: [{u’message’: u"The requested query limit [100] exceeds what’s allowed on your current plan.", u’code’: u’ACCESS_DENIED’}]}
Could you please tell me what is the reason and how to sort it out?
Has my API key changed from last week?
Best regards,
Erwan

Hi,
Thank you for your support.
I have just tried the same request today and now it works! So maybe just some temporary downtime but seems all fine now.
Best regards,
Erwan
I have exchanged emails with RapidAPI support and, so far, neither one of us has been able to reproduce your issue. They’ve said they will reach out to you about it. I am also in contact with them to make sure it’s not some hiccup on their end.
Are you able to execute the endpoint from the RapidAPI endpoint test page using your key?

Hi Erwan. I am sorry you’re having this issue. Nothing has changed with the api instance itself. I forwarded your message to RapidAPI and will be following up with them today. Stay tuned!
