Wizart Vision API

Wizart AR visualizer is Wizart.ai flagship product that offers a unique and intuitive way to visualize finishing materials, such as paint colors, wallpaper patterns, and flooring options. However, we recognized that many developers and businesses could benefit from the same technology and functionality that powers our visualizer.

Vision API leverages cutting-edge neural networks and algorithms to analyze interior photos, providing data that can be used to create interactive web applications overlaying interior designs. To ensure optimal results, follow these recommendations when uploading images:

Camera Usage: Utilize a standard phone camera without zoom or wide-angle lenses for best results.

Orientation: Both horizontal and vertical photo orientations are supported.

Aspect Ratio: Aim for aspect ratios of 16:9 or 4:3 to ensure proper alignment and visualization.

Avoid Cropping: Refrain from cropping photos after shooting, as this can impact the accuracy of the analysis.

Camera Positioning: Try to keep the camera closer to eye level during capture to prevent distortion in the results. Avoid raising it too high or lowering it to ensure accurate representation.

Lighting Conditions: Shoot in well-lit environments with natural or artificial lighting to enhance image clarity. Avoid areas with excessive darkness or overexposure, as they may degrade the API’s performance.

Capture Wall Information: For high-quality results, ensure photos contain ample information about interior walls. Position the camera at a distance that captures the ceiling and floor above and below the wall. If possible, include adjacent walls in the frame for comprehensive analysis. In cases where capturing both the ceiling and floor is not possible, aim to include either the ceiling or the floor in the photo along with the wall.

Consider Interior Overload: Keep in mind that photos overloaded with interior items, making the corners between walls practically invisible, can negatively affect the result. Ensure that the boundaries of the floor and ceiling remain at least partially visible to facilitate accurate analysis.

Tilt Limitation: Limit camera tilting to within 80 degrees vertically (40 degrees up and 40 degrees down) to maintain perspective accuracy. Excessive tilting can distort the perspective and affect analysis outcomes.

By adhering to these recommendations, you can maximize the accuracy and quality of the analysis results obtained from our API, facilitating the creation of immersive and engaging interior design applications.

A little better, but there may still be too little information about the wall
