Every week at least once there is a latency issue during many hours, this is a downtime for our services.
Is there any solution to this?

This was a know issue and every time we were deploying measures to check and fix it. Till now the root cause was not know, but now the things are in place as the reason is know. It was lots of hit & trial to narrow out the root cause. Due to the uniqueness of the issue, it was hard to replicate it for debugging. So it required real-time scenario to fix it. I understand the hard-ship but this must have beared the fruits now, with the issue being finally fixed after such a long time.
