I received this message “Blocked User. Please contact your API provider.” from all APIs since 8:45 UTC. Please help me check this! Thank you!

Unblocked.
I saw you have updated new plan with limitation on number requests per minute. Can you unblocked my account, I will use the API under 40 requests/ minute.
Sorry but instagram blocked most of my accounts, I’m trying hard to get more accounts to get it back. Sorry for the affect.
