Brave New Coin (BNC) has been providing data, indexes, analysis and insight on the cryptographic asset marketplace since April 2014 through its website and API’s. The institutional grade V3 platform is the latest iteration of its systems which is behind the selection of endpoints made available on RapidAPI.

The free asset ticker endpoint is updated every 5 minutes with a global USD spot price, 24 hour volume and supply figures.

The OHLCV endpoint provides the full history of open, high , low and close prices plus volume for the full range of assets and their markets updated daily based on a 00:00:00 UTC open/close.

Access to the ticker and OHLCV endpoints requires authentication with an OAuth token that must be added to the RapidAPI headers. A token, valid for 24 hours, is returned by a prior call to the GetToken endpoint.
