Says Reaching Max Monthly Quota for Basic subscription, but data not supporting that

Hi There,
I got an email saying that I’ve reached the Max monthly quota for the Basic subscription. My understanding is that it can do 100 calls. According to the API call tracking, we’ve used under 10 since switching to Basic last week. (10/16 - 11/16 should still be covered under the old Pro subscription)
So I’m not sure how it is that we could have possibly already used up the calls.
Am I missing something?
