Hi, im getting the above issue whenever i try to use the Acti Platform, i have triple checked the Gamertag and it is definitly correct. any ideas? Is this an API issue or a me issue lol ?

I just tried that. All my accounts are set to public. I think it might be on Activisions end.

It's a common issue.
It means the user you are searching has their privacy settings set to not searchable.

This is recent change Activision has made so users are required to make it public ?

Hi! Same error "Not permitted: not allowed" is now returned for all platforms and gamertags I've tried... any ideas?

I have looked into this a little more, looks like the Acti platform always return this error. Think it may be an API issue.
