I have some property that have 2.5 bathroom. How can I send this information in the endpoint ?

You can send it as a query parameter the same way as if it were an integer. For example:
req.query({ “address”: “5500 Grand Lake Drive, San Antonio, TX”, “bedrooms”: “4”, “bathrooms”: “2.5”, “propertyType”: “Single Family”, “squareFootage”: “1600”, “compCount”: “5” });
