Cancelled flag not updated

Checking the racecards for 2023-01-21 I can see the races for Wolverhampton are present. The races that have actually completed have:
finished = 1
cancelled = 0.
I would consider this correct behavior.
The latter races on the card were abandonned. They have the following
finished = 0
cancelled = 0
I would consider this incorrect behavior.
I would expect cancelled = 1
Feedback appreciated.
