leagues ids changed in some leagues like( bundesliga, england premier league , …etc) how to get the new ids and can we know why this could happen

Unfortunately this is not possible.
So why you cant update old event ids? you can do the same as you wrote about leagues

There are no IDs for leagues on the site. it’s useless. you can update all leagues in 2 minutes. Using point v1/sports/1/leagues OR /v1/sections/1/leagues =)
