I have searched through my Mashape account and have not found my Spoonacular API Key, where would I be able to find this?
Every API you sign up on mashape uses your mashape key. There is no special key for spoonacular. Try using your mashape key that is automatically inserted for you on the example pages when you try an endpoint.
