I’ve got several PPTX that fail to convert, apparently because they contain images with text (I removed those images with text but left others without text, and the conversion succeed). I’ve been doing that directly from within MateCat and haven’t received any error messages.
Curl returns the following:
HTTP/1.1 100 Continue
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Content-Type: application/json
Date: Thu, 28 Sep 2017 11:38:26 GMT
Expires: 0
Server: Mashape/5.0.6
X-RateLimit-requests-Limit: 250
X-RateLimit-requests-Remaining: -1943
Content-Length: 39
Connection: keep-alive
{“errorMessage”:null,“isSuccess”:false}
Finally, I also tried sending one of the pictures directly to the service, and it succeeded. So there must be something specific to how this API handels pictures with text that are embedded in PPTX (and maybe other formats)

Hi Mirko,
Thanks to your feedback I found a bug in the latest release of the Okapi Framework we are using.
I added code to our orchestrator to automatically retry with previous Okapi versions if a PowerPoint file conversion fails.
It should work now.
Thanks!
