How do I integrate this on my website

Question

I  am working on a wordpress website for logistics and I am using wpcargo to track and issue consignment numbers however, in order to displace maps I need google api which is rejecting my payments for some reason. I need an api that has Places API,
Maps JavaScript API, Geolocation API and Geocoding API for it to work how can I use this
