Changing Subscription Level

Rapid account: Stephanie Piper Trigger

Hi There,
We currently have the Mega subscription plan for our app. We would like to downgrade to the Pro plan for next month. If I just subscribe to the lower plan, will it automatically kick in for the following months, or do I need to talk to someone so I don’t get charged for both Mega and Pro?

Hi Stephanie,

Yes, you may just downgrade. In case there appear any troubles you may easily request a refund through Mashape platform.

By the way, what is the app you use FaceMark API for?
