Or can the “properties/list” be used to get for-rent listings?

The API reproduces data and features from the official site/application. May you confirm that the required data and feature is available on Redfin? It will be easier for you to be familiar with our API by using and experiencing the site/application first.

How do I filter to return only for-rent listings from “properties/list" end point?
If there is no way to filter based on “for-rent” then how do I identify which of the results are for rent and which are for sale?
