Hi, we are planning to buy the paid subscription of this API. Following are some of the questions that we would like to ask:
Scenario:
In our case, we are required to process about 50000 entries that means we are going to require real time data for all of them. Would there be any downtime that we should expect ?
I would really appreciate if you can answer them.

Hello,
1/ Is this API really providing the real time data everytime we request it through the listed endpoints, or we are getting delayed data by some minutes or so ?
This API reproduces PUBLIC data and features of finance.yahoo.com in real time and on demand. We do not store or cache data locally.
2/ Let’s say, if we exceed the limit specified in the plan, would there be any support in that case ?
You are interested in the two following fields x-ratelimit-requests-limit, x-ratelimit-requests-remaining in every response header, they help to track your consumption in real time. You will be charged for extra calls after reaching the quota, you should check the Pricing plan for cost per extra call.
3/Is this API going to be deprecated anytime soon?
We have provided this API for over 4 years. As long as the Yahoo Finance’s site or application works, our API will work. You should visit the API sometime to get new released endpoints, and deprecated ones; We also send an announcement about them, you may check the related email of your account for it.
Regards.
