Hi,

Please can you help resolve this urgently. I signed up for free trial which gave same error message despite trying 3 different emails. Subsequently, I signed up for paid plan to test the API and still getting the same error message.!

Either your trial period has expired or your instance is being rebooted. Try again in a few moments.
