I have try to use ironWifi API function at website. I try to key in my token ID a113e92fc55ff567e5e7447fd800594b4a9448be and TEST ENDPOINT. But the result show This API encountered an error. I am not sure is this permission issue or other.

The other question may I know what difference feature at Basic ,standard and professional. Any difference without web site information.
