get podcast only returns 10 episodes

Question

When i get a podcast by ID it only returns 10 episodes in the episodes array.  Regardless of how many episodes the podcast has.

There is no offset parameter as with search results.

Can this endpoint be updated to either return ALL episodes for a podcast or return a reasonable amount and support offset queries to fetch the rest? (maybe 20 per request?).

Please use next_episode_pub_date parameter to do pagination.

We can't return ALL episodes, because some podcasts have thousands or tens of thousands episodes.
