1. name ( A string eg. Akash Chaudhary)
2. birthdate( dd-mm-yyyy format eg. 15-02-1989)
3. birthtime( HH:MM, 24 Hrs format eg 13:48 )
4. City( birthplace in all capital letters, eg. DELHI)

Form data should pass on to API in the above form ID’s and above formats only.

We will support paid users to develop form for the data input including City database for use with this API.
