I am getting "Account Inactive " on api calls

I am getting “Account Inactive” when making api calls. I had validated Email address .
Trying to access sensis api using key “VxfQFRzSeYmshOD6KliSeKDBUtkrp1V0lrmjsnFaZ4MY4tiay5”.

Unfortunately that isn’t a valid API key (and isn’t even in the API key format we use). Could you please drop us an email at api@sensis.com.au with your username and we can investigate further for you?
