Problems when using a VPN

I’m doing tests to see if the website would work in other countries but when I put in the VPN the download doesn’t work, if I don’t use it it works perfectly, do you have it implemented so that the VPNs don’t work? or is it a problem with some countries?

Due to secure link mp3 may not work in VPN.
It seems to be a problem with cloudflare, it keeps checking with the vpn. However, with my normal connection it doesn’t jump as much.
