Not working - download error ?

i just downloaded the demo html and php files from the “tutorial” section. I pasted the API key, uploaded to netlify to run it and after pasting the link and clicking the button, its giving me the “Download error”

Can you tell me how long on average it will take to create and publish such an update?
Tutorial was working with old version of the API.
I will update it.
