So essentially I can use it to gain more trafffic to my websites?

Hi, no, it won’t work like that. This api returns user agents of different browsers, if you have this + some kind of proxy, you will be able to achieve your goals.
Also I’ll be releasing a proxy api, that can do that in few hours.
