Restaurant api for tripadvisor is too slow to deliver a response

Is there any way to improve the response times of the Tripadvisor restaurant api, it is being extremely slow, I am using this “https://tripadvisor16.p.rapidapi.com/api/v1/restaurant/getRestaurantDetails”

Taking these as examples they take more than 5 seconds, that is too slow

  2. Restaurant_Review-g298573-d4299862-Reviews-Lan_Zhou_La_Mien-Manila_Metro_Manila_Luzon
  3. Restaurant_Review-g14134438-d15276841-Reviews-Soup_Curry_Garaku_Tokyo_Nakano-Nakano_Nakano_Tokyo_Tokyo_Prefecture_Kanto

It is very unstable in response times, on the other hand when a request is made to obtain information, sometimes it brings information and sometimes it brings nothing.
I would appreciate a prompt response to this please and thank you for responding.
