Didn't get the pricing part (Free vs $5)

Question

Hi,

The free plan mentions that it allows 5 requests per day, but if we upgrade the plan to 5$, it limits us to 100 requests/month.

However, if we compare Free Plan Requests (5x30 days=150 requests) to 5$ plan requests (100/30~=3 requests/day). Isn't it a disadvantage if we're upgrading from Free to 5$?
