We were testing your Public Proxies service for a couple months (in March and June 2014). We have attempted to cancel the subscription several times but always got confused by Mashape convoluted UI. We emailed them, asking them to help us canceling our account, but it didn’t happen. (They did refund us partially for 3 months in between).

We haven’t used your service since then, but were charged until February. We talked to Mashape and they agreed to refund February. But for Sept, Nov, Dec 2014 and Jan 2015?

I truly appreciate your help, and will certainly come back when we have the need for your service.
