Data is very useful to be used, but low performance

i used the api itself and works great but there is problem and issues in the performance, can you tell me why this is happening?

the main cause the performance issues is the nature of the API, the API itself acts and depends on the web scrapping itself, where the data is scrapped from the documents itself and parsing the document and getting all of the important and needed data and returning them as a response with the JSON format + the data that is getting returned from the API is very large where for the (jobs) are 50 listed items and Freelancers are 10 listed items, and i’am manging it to solve the problem as fast as possible and thanks for your feedback.
